Trustees Scholarship: Currently enrolled KCTCS students who will earn their Associate’s in Arts or Associate’s in Science Degree with a 3.50 cumulative GPA by the end of the spring term and then transfer to UK for the fall term are eligible to compete for a limited number of two year renewable awards which cover the difference between UK instate tuition and KCTCS instate tuition. A final transcript must be submitted to the Office of Undergraduate Admission documenting spring grades and the awarding of an AA or AS Degree by June 1st.
Kentucky Tradition Scholarship: Currently enrolled KCTCS students with 40 hours by the end of the spring semester (with at least 24 earned at KCTCS) and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.30, who transfer to UK for the fall term will be considered for a $6,000 scholarship, payable as $3,000 per year for up to two years, or $1,500 per semester for up to four semester. Scholarship is awarded based on academic credentials provided with the admission application, date of acceptance and funding availability. No app required.
Wildcat Welcome Scholarship: All transfer students with a minimum 3.30 cumulative GPA, that are currently enrolled at an accredited institution and will have 24 hours by the end of the spring term, who transfer to UK for the fall term will be considered for a $1,500 one-year, non-renewable award, payable as $750 per semester for up to two semesters. Scholarship is awarded based on academic credentials provided with the admission application, date of acceptance and funding availability. No app required.
Phi Theta Kappa Transfer Scholarship: Students transferring to UK for a fall semester that are current members of Phi Theta Kappa are eligible to compete for a limited number of Phi Theta Kappa Transfer Scholarships. Awards offered will provide full tuition for in-state student recipients, and provide the difference between resident and non- resident tuition rates for non-resident recipients. The postmark deadline is June 1.
Woman's Club Full-Tuition Scholarship: UKWC awards scholarships covering tuition at the resident rate to deserving female UK students each year. Applicants must be at least 25 years old and have completed at least 12- credit hours with a minimum 3.0 grade-point average. These scholarships are designed for women students with outstanding academic records who have unmet financial needs.
Joseph P. Kennedy Scholarship: Ten $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to full-time UK students, Graduate or Undergraduate, who have demonstrated outstanding community leadership and service as well as an excellent record of academic achievement.
